Blade400: B-Check

Ca 1 x pro Jahr passiert es , dass eine Kugelpfanne vom “Flybar Paddle Control Frame Rod” abrutscht. Mir war in den letzten Tagen schon aufgefallen dass sie sehr locker sitzen. Heute ist eine im Flug abgerutscht. Man merkt es kaum, das Loch umschliesst ja weiterhin die Stange. Man hat dann einfach sehr viel Spiel an dieser Stelle. Aber so kann es natürlich nicht bleiben, also habe ich zuhause den Paddelrahmen geöffnet und an den beiden Stangen alle 4 Kugenpfannen erneuert. Wo ich schonmal dran war habe ich den Rotorkopf von der Rotorwelle genommen und dann Welle, Taumelscheibe(Kugel!) und Pitchslider gereinigt damit es wieder schön leichtgängig ist.
Alles wieder zusammengebaut, Pitch gemessen und per Swash-Mix um 6% erhöht, jetzt habe ich -11° bis +11°.

Mit dem T-Rex 250 heute “Motor aus, 2 Sekunden gleiten, Motor an” gespielt und weiter Rücken-Nasen geübt. Noch nicht länger als 12 s am Stück, aber ich werde immer entspannter dabei.

31°C in der Wohnung – schnell ‘raus hier.
Samstag flog ich nicht viel: Nachmittags 1 kleiner Akku und abends 2 kleine und einen Gro??en. Ich hatte ein nettes Gespräch mit crazy tom und durfte ihn auch fliegen sehen (mit microbeast). Er gab mir Tipps zu HELI-X und vorbereitende ??bungen zu Piroflips. Hatte ich auch schonmal irgendwo gelesen (ich glaub von Uwe Caspart)
TODO:
* Mindestens 5 fach Looping auf mich zu – gerade, gleiche Lage, gleiche Grö??e.
* dann halbe Piro im oberen Scheitelpunkt
* dann halbe Piro oben und unten
* dann viertel? piro oben unten und an den seiten.
-> piroloop
* weniger pitch , Kreis enger machen -> piroflip

Die 5-fach Loops kann ich schonmal real üben. Gestern gelang mir 3fach. Loop+piru ist eher ein Thema für den Simulator.

Sonntag flog ich 2 x Nuri/Zagi mit Cam um die Windräder herum und auch sehr hoch – schönes Video! 3 x mit dem kleinen Heli – weiter Rücken-Nasenschweben geübt und ein mal den Gro??en – Batterie-Adapter vergessen – also nur 1 von 4 gro??en Akkus nutzbar.

Im Sim geht es so langsam Richtung Rücken-Rundflug und Rücken-Kreise.

Heute war ein super Flugtag. 32°C, Sonne, ein paar Wolken, kaum Wind.
Ich flog heute 9 Akkus mit dem Kleinen und 4 mit dem Gro??en. Nachmittags im Garten mit dem Kleinen Basics trainiert: schweben und pirouettieren über 3 Punkten und Kreise: langsam, schneller, enger , Nase nach innen, Nase nach au??en, rückwärts. 8 Minuten pro Akku wegen niedriger Drehzahl.

Abends erst mit dem Gro??en 4 Akkus: Loops und Rollen schon ziemlich sauber und fast zentriert. Auch ein paar Sekunden Nose-In inverted. Danach mit dem Kleinen Flips, schnelle Kreise und “natürlich” Nose-In inverted weiter geübt. Bin schon etwas entspannter dabei. 10 Sekunden schaffe ich schon. Wie immer, wenn man was neues lernt: man kümmert sich um Roll und Nick, dann vergisst man die Höhe zu halten – Heli steigt weg. Oder man achtet auf die Höhe, dann vernachlässigt man Roll & Nick. Bei dem ganzen inverted Kram steuere ich fast nie das Heck. Das macht das Gyro bisher sehr gut.

Blade400: ein paar Veränderungen

Habe beim ebay-Händler “abeyerr” eine gelb-schwarze GF-Haube gekauft. Die Haube war in dem Karton nicht gut geschützt und etwas verbeult. Habe den Händler darüber informiert und er schickte mir eine weitere Haube gratis. Diese war genauso schlecht verpackt und war noch mehr verformt. Der Versand als Brief/Päckchen(?) war super schnell. Donnerstag losgeschickt, Mittwoch angekommen!!! Chinesischer Poststempel: 3.7. , bei mir angekommen: 7.7. Bei der 2ten Haube kein deutscher Zoll-Stempel oder Aufkleber.
Haube Nr.1 ist benutzbar, ich werde sie heute mal testfliegen. 23g statt 31g bei der Copter-X “unkaputtbar” Plastik-Haube.

Am Heck gibt’s auch eine ??nderung: Die ausgefransten Heckblätter habe ich durch neue ersetzt. Die neuen sind ein paar mm länger. Bin sehr gespannt, wie sich das fliegt. Damit ich die nicht bei der ersten Landung schon wieder vermacke musste ich dringend die Heckfinne verlängern. Ich habe die Original Finne gegen die Alu-Finne vom Copter-X getauscht. Jetzt hat der Heckrotor 1,5cm Bodenfreiheit.

Die Testflüge heute waren erfolgreich. 8 Akkus waren schnell verflogen. Die ??nderungen am T-Rex250 (Servo-Gestänge, Trim, Subtrim) sind kaum spürbar. Vielleicht ein Hauch weniger negativ Pitch als vorher. Sideflips nach links habe ich heute nicht probiert. Keine merklichen Fortschritte beim inverted Nasenschweben. Sobald ich das Heck ein wenig drehe, bin ich verunsichert und mache Fehler oder breche ab. Am Sim klappt das schon viel besser. Was inzwischen real gut klappt, sind Seiten-Rainbows hin-zurück-hin-zurück.
Blade400: Die gelbe Haube sieht schön aus, die wei??e ist aber in gro??er Entfernung besser zu sehen, weil sie grö??er ist und mehr wei?? und weniger schwarz enthält.
Die Alu Heckfinne macht einen stabilen Eindruck, schwingt nicht und gibt das gute Gefühl, den Heckrotor besser zu schützen.
Die neuen Heckblätter sind auch o.k. – Hab am Gyro noch nichts verändert – es driftet manchmal 🙁 Grö??ere Heckblätter ergeben theoretisch einen geringeren Vorlauf (Heck Pitch). Wahrscheinlich müsste ich den Vorlauf auch immer anpassen wenn ich zwischen schweren und leichten Hauptrotorblättern wechsle.

Rücken-Nasenschweben

Nach langer Sim-Pause(Wetter ist zu gut) flog ich gestern mal wieder eine Stunde am Simulator: Langsame Rücken-Rundflüge.
Heute habe ich dann in echt mit dem T-Rex 250 Rücken-Nasenschweben geübt. Halber Loop oder halber Backflip und dann schweben. Für’s erste Mal klappte es schon recht gut. “Roll immer dahin steuern wohin er wegkippt oder driftet” war der Merksatz – genau wie beim “normalen” Nasenschweben. Und es war ähnlich wie bei meinen ersten Rücken-Heckschwebe Versuchen: Der Heli ist immer von mir weg gedriftet – das war heute auch die Windrichtung. Bei dem kleinen Heli schon gefährlich – ein paar Mal habe ich die Lage erraten, aber nicht erkannt.
Der Ausstieg war immer 2te Hälfte vom Loop oder Flip – was den Nachteil hat, dass der dann mit Schwung noch weiter von mir wegfliegt.

Blade 400: Der erste Flug mit Blattschmied Blättern – viel zu träge! Selbst für F3C Schwebefiguren ungeeignet, weil ich nicht schnell & direkt korrigieren konnte. Mit den billigen “PRO 3D” Blättern von “thankforbuy” hatte ich heute viel mehr Spa??! thankforblades ! 😉 Ich werde noch mehr davon bestellen.
CY Radix Blades wiegen auch 22g / Stück !

Heute das erste Mal mit dem Blade einen Rückwärtslooping geflogen. Rückwärts auf mich zu bzw. etwas links neben mir. Das sah eigentlich besser aus als dieser Korkenzieher-Rückwärts Loop den ich vor einiger Zeit mit dem T-Rex 250 flog.

Danach flog ich die F3C Figur “M” mit 7 halben Pirouetten. Sah schon zimlich gut aus. Vermutlich hatte ich Glück und es wehte gerade kaum Wind.

Leider ist mir bei einer Landung der Heckrotor in steinigen Boden eingedrungen. Jetzt haben die Heckblätter noch mehr und noch grö??ere Macken. Schade. Das war nicht nötig.

Ein paar Minuten durfte ich auch einen BladeSR fliegen. Niedlich, der Kleine. Am coolsten finde ich wie er mit gaaanz wenig Drehzahl flach schräg nach unten gleitet. Vielleicht stelle ich bei meinen Helis auch vorübergehend mal so eine Pitch & Gaskurve ein: Pitch von 0 bis n°, Gas von 0 bis 70% oder 80%

Gestern kam ich nicht zum fliegen, abgesehen von ein paar Runden mit T-Rex 250 und Piccolo im Wohnzimmer. Drinnen und draussen war es sehr heiss, ca 32°C. Hab überlegt, wo ich im Schatten fliegen könnte und dachte an die Rundhalle – die war aber leider geschlossen 🙁 Also weiter zum Platz. Dort durfte ich eine TDR mit AC3X fliegen und dann auch crashen sehen. Spektakulär! Pilot versteuert sich beim Aussen-Looping, dreht ihn knapp über’m Boden wieder gerade, tickt dann recht heftig mit Kufen & Heck am Boden auf – steigt wieder, aber Heck funktioniert nicht mehr (die Anlenkung war von der Kugel gesprungen!) Autorotation ? Nicht versucht oder nicht gelungen. Jedenfalls knallt der Heli etwas schräg und kaum gebremst auf den Rasen. Offensichtliche Schäden: beide Blätter, Blattlagerwelle, eine Landekufe, Haube. Ein Akku-Pack ist verformt.

Bei alten Mystery Akkus sinkt die Spannung schnell auf 10,5 oder 10,0V, auch wenn sie voll sind. Der Zippy Flightmax 2200 scheint aber noch ganz o.k zu sein.

Blade400: leichtere Paddel

Hab’ heute den Blade400 fertig gebaut.Die Paddel (Align HS1046T CFK look) sind nicht sooo viel leichter als die E-Flite Paddle.

E-Flite mit Gewicht/Madenschraube: 5,5g
E-Flite ohne Gewicht/Madenschraube: 3,8g (noch nicht getestet)
Align HS1046T CFK look: 5,1g
CopterX/HK 450: 6,0g

Mehr Einfluss auf die Flugeigenschaften hatten vermutlich die Billig-Carbon-Blätter: 21g (Blattschmied 30g). Ich musste eine komische Pitchkurve einstellen: Bei Knüpplemitte hatte ich -2° voll negativ: -14° ! voll positiv: +10° Ich mache das später nochmal mechanisch.
Der Spurlauf sieht o.k aus, allerdings ergeben sich für rechtes und linkes Blatt verschiedene Werte mit der Pitchlehre ?!
Mir ist aufgefallen, da?? es heute leichter war, aus dem Turn kommend, gerade senkrecht zu fallen. Vielleicht hatte er mit anderen Blättern eher die Tendenz die Nase hoch zu nehmen und sich abzufangen. Oder es lag an mir, dass ich mutiger gesteuert habe, nach dem vielen F3C zuschauen 🙂
Loops sahen ganz o.k. aus. Um Nick ist er sehr wendig, Flips dauern trotzdem zu lange – ich will wieder mehr RPM sonst macht es keinen Spa??. Roll nicht so wendig, aber ich glaube da kann ich im Swash-Mix noch was machen.

T-Rex 250 fliegt auch wieder gut. Leider nur ein Akku – dann kam der Sommer-Regen.

Ja, ich geb’s zu: Ich fliege in den letzten Wochen sehr riskant & tief. War also schon abzusehen, dass da mal was passiert. Zunächst mal war es ungeschickt, gleich mit dem ersten Akku aufs volle Risiko zu gehen. Wär’ schlauer gewesen, sich langsam zu steigern – dann hätte ich mehr vom heutigen Flugtag gehabt. Dann kamen noch einige Störfaktoren hinzu: Ich hatte 2 Kameras laufen (Hat-Cam und Handy), hatte zunächst vergessen, den Timer zu starten – Zwischenlandung deswegen, dann kam noch ‘ne Passantin mit 2 Hunden vorbei – deswegen eine weitere Minute low-RPM-Schweben bis sie wieder weg ist. Letztendlich, nach ein paar schönen Flips und erfolgreichem Rücken-Tief-Schweben habe ich mich wohl versteuert: Rückenschweben in ca 2m Höhe, Heli kippt zur Seite, ich steure in die gleiche Richtung; Heli rollt sich nach unten ab und rauscht einen knappen Meter quer durchs Stroh. Wär’ ich 1m höher gewesen dann wär’ gut gegangen.

Schaden: Hauptzahnrad unten etwas abgefräst – könnte man notfalls noch benutzen. that’s all! 🙂

Das Motorritzel ist nach unten gerutscht. Hauptrotorwelle habe ich auch getauscht, aber das hat nix gebracht: Der Kopf eiert oben ein wenig – das macht er aber schon länger. Vermutlich ist das Zentralstück etwas krumm.

Die Flugzeit mit dem 800mAh LF-Technik Akku betrug 6m14, dann hab’ ich nach dem Crash mit dem kaputten HZR ohne Akkuwechsel probe geschwebt, also insgesamt ca. 7 Minuten. Normal lande ich bei 6 Minuten.
Mein neues *freu* Ladegerät hat danach 886mAh ‘reingeladen !

Das HobbyKing Eco Six Ladegerät gefällt mir gut. Schönes Display mit blauer Beleuchtung. Hat mehrere Speicher für Akku-Profile, und sogar einen USB Anschluss. Der eingebaute Lüfter ist schön leise. Den Balance-Adapter habe ich schon etwas erweitert, so dass ich damit 2 Stück 3S Akkus gleichzeitig laden kann – als 6S Pack.
Es kann nur 50W aber mir reicht das. Mein 12V Netzteil kann auch nicht mehr. 50W sind knapp 4A bei 3S, also z.B. ein 2000mAh 3S mit 2C laden oder 2 davon mit 1C. Für die 800er und 1000er reicht es sowieso locker.
