Today I witnessed 3 crashes of the same T-Rex 250 (not mine): Almost no damage! The first 2 crashes looked like a reciever failure, maybe BEC brownout ? The reason for the third crash was definitely the failure of the one-way clutch … which was already broken after the first crash, but then did work again for a few minutes 😉
Apart from this one-way clutch, one arm of landing gear broke at the first crash – that’s it! no other damage! paddel o.k. , blades o.k., plastic linkage not broken !!! main shaft and fethering shaft both seemed o.k. after all 3 crashes ! The T-Rex 250 is a very robust little guy.
